With all the misspellings of Lorelai's name on the old WB boards, I thought I had seen them all.
But there's a cute redhead on Nationwide Insurance commercials who spells her name this way. She doesn't seem to have a Latina name, and yet she talks like she's from Mexico or Spain. I don't know the specifics but "ley" is a Spanish word and maybe that's where they get it.

Jared Padalecki currently stars in The CW's Supernatural and in the 2009 remake of Friday the 13th.
