This is the worst performance for video on demand I have ever experienced: poor resolution (pixelation), endless lag. Truly disappointing after experiencing Netflix and Hulu. Can't you just let them serve the video?
safari, Firefly episode whatever, season one. Witless Fool

Same here. The video repeats sections every few minutes while (I think) the actual video you're TRYING to watch continues to play somewhere silently in the background. Like it overlaps itself, kind of like a wave. So you miss whatever was actually playing while the repeat happens.
Word to the dude/dudette above who said "Let Hulu host it." At least while WB works out the bugs. I was trying to become addicted to The OC but it's just unwatchable. It was getting depressing, anyway. Too bad they didn't keep it light with whipped OC Newport ocean foam cream on top. I was hooked.

It doesn't seem to do any good to complain, but since time is running out to watch Veronica Mars Season Three, I'm going to post again. Season 3, Episode 5 is skipping back and forth between scenes, sometimes up to three times. It cuts away abruptly for commercials in the middle of scenes, and I suspect that it is skipping scenes. I have not yet been able to get through an entire episode of Season Three, as all episodes have been buggy. Please fix the bugs and extend Season Three beyond November 16th.

My player issue has to do with this weeks offering of Friends. The initial commercial break is properly timed but the others are positioned as to interrupt the program.
Also, it seems as though the end of each episode has been clipped so that the conclusion is missed. I do hope you can fix this. For the record, by running an internet network as opposed to the old style TV network, WB is reaching people (such as myself) who refuse to watch "regular" television. I do not have a TV, nor do I desire to own one. I would rather learn that entertain myself. The internet is the place for that, not TV. This means that on those occasions when I visit this site to be entertained, the advertisers are reaching an audience lost to the mainstream broadcasters. A smart advertiser would take note.

I have been having problems where I will be watching an episode of Buffy, Veronica Mars, or even Angel and I'll have to close out of everything and then when I go back in to watch the rest of them it tells me that the content is not available in my area and I was just watching it. Why does it do that?

I'm usually not a quitter, but trying to watch Veronic Mars Season Three has been exasperating to say the least. For the first several episodes, it skipped back and forth between scenes, and I missed the ending of almost every episode. For episodes 6 and beyond, the stupid Vlasic pickle commercials froze. They would play 1-2 seconds, freeze for 15 seconds, play another 1 or 2. This was on every Vlasic commercial - not just one. So, after many, many attempts to watch Season Three, and with it being removed tomorrow, I am leaving The WB with no plans to return. Just a simple response to any of these concerns on the boards would have been so appreciated.

All problems fixed at the OC, someone was on the ball, thanks!!!!!!! Video is running smoothly, the commercials are a bit glitchy.
Odd issue in the "MINCED? you feed me MINCED" fish commercial. When the Mom says "whole filet, not minced," for the first twenty times I thought she said "hopefully not minced" ha ha hahaha, I thought "what, they don't know?"

Season 1, Episode 11 (A Thanksgiving Tale) of Everwood is only playing 27:04 of the episode instead of the whole thing.
I don't know if it matters, but I'm using Google Chrome (3.0.195.33). I've being using it for the past few episodes and its been working fine.
